Whether you live in Siem Reap or you’re just visiting, Wake Park Cambodia is a fantastic place to hang out during the afternoon or get stuck in to some wakeboarding with Cambodia’s only full size wakeboarding cable system. With a man-made sandy beach at the edge of a natural lake, an inflatable adventure zone and an excellent selection of food and drinks, there’s fun for everyone.
Originally opened by ICF in 2020, ownership of Wake Park Cambodia changed in 2023 and with that came the start of many improvements! One of these new features is the lakeside bungalows which are currently in their soft opening phase (October 2024), and will be bookable from November 2024. From what we’ve seen so far, these bungalows look like they’ll be an incredible place to stay and hope to test them out some day!
Entrance to the venue itself is free, but if you don’t plan on taking part in any of the paid activities below, there’s a very reasonable $5 minimum spend per adult at the bar or restaurant. A super fair price to pay to be able to chill out at the awesome man-made beach or take a dip in the refreshing waters. The beach area has cozy bamboo huts and chilled out lounge areas with comfy bean bags for you to sit on and enjoy the sun whilst having some tasty food or cocktails brought to you from the bar. There’s also a jungle gym playground which is great for kids!
You can rent one of these private huts with your own dipping pool (great to cool off in!) which we highly recommend if you’re coming as a group. They also have an icebox area to keep your drinks cold, a safe to keep your valuables secure, and a button to press to keep the beers coming!
Wake Park Cambodia is located to the west of Siem Reap town, around 12km from Angkor Wat and only around 5km from Pub Street, an easily doable tuktuk ride! Parking is also available on site if you intend to make your own way there.

The main feature is (obviously!) the carefully crafted wakeboarding course. The course is accessible to everyone, from complete beginners to wakeboarding experts. Wake Park Cambodia has instructors available and the prices for wakeboarding (listed below) include instruction, a basic wakeboard, kneeboarding, a life jacket, and of course a helmet!
Wake Park Cambodia wakeboarding price list;
2 Hours Wakeboarding – $24
All Day Wakeboarding – $32
1 Week Unlimited Membership – $180
1 Year Unlimited Membership – $890
10x 2 Hour Passes Are Available For Only $200
However, if you don’t fancy wakeboarding, Wake Park Cambodia is still a great place to hang out for the afternoon. We love “Aqua Land”, their inflatable floating fun zone with water slides, splash pads and fun for everyone, kids and adults alike! An all day pass to use Aqua Land costs only $8 and is well worth the money. If you’re bringing the kids and they’ve had enough of seeing all the temples in the Angkor Wat temple complex, a day of fun at Aqua Land will definitely get you back in their good books!
If you’re coming with friends or as a group of adults, take advantage of the excellent bar and restaurant area that gives off tropical beach vibes, despite being a couple hundred kilometres from the coast! The veranda at Wake Park Cambodia is the perfect place to get some food and the menu includes a fusion of local Cambodian food and classic western meals. They also have cold drinks, cocktails, beers and fresh fruit smoothies. Or pick up a fresh coconut for just $2!
There is a kids food menu available with light dishes for the little ones and they even have toys available to keep the kids busy while you enjoy a nice cold beer or a glass of wine! They are also serving up ice cream from Gelato Lab Siem Reap, which is in our opinion the best you can get in town.

Every time we come here, we always have an incredible time, and we’re sure you will too!
There’s a reason we always recommend Wake Park Cambodia to people when talking about the best things to do in Siem Reap town!
There is a shop on site selling various bits of wakeboarding gear and also souvenir t-shirts. We picked up a t-shirt on our last visit and we love it! After a great day out here, why not check out Spin Bar, a fantastic cocktail and whiskey bar in Siem Reap. You’ll even see their logo on one of the Wake Park obstacles!
