Must-Try Dishes
Let’s talk food – because, let’s be honest, that’s why we’re here! At The Grill Lounge Restaurant Siem Reap, every dish is crafted with care, but it’d be unfair of us to not give you some hints! Eventually we hope to work our way through the full menu, but for now, here’s our favourites so far;

1. Grilled Boneless Leg of Lamb
Juicy Lamb, imported from New Zealand, grilled and basted in butter and rosemary. Served with sauteed spring vegetables and either creamy mashed potatoes or french fries – your choice! You’ll also get the choice of 4 different sauces. Personally we recommend the Mushroom Sauce.

2. Duck Breast with Lotus Root Salad
Glazed duck breast served with fresh spring rolls and a crunchy, starchy lotus root salad on the side. A delicious mix of Asian flavours.

3. Grilled Frogs in Lemongrass Paste
To really embrace the local flavours, check out this grilled frog dish served with papaya salad made with local leaves. This dish also comes with steamed rice. If you’re adventurous enough, you’ll definitely be rewarded!

4. Shrimp Cocktail Starter
An exotic twist on this traditional starter. With red and green peppers, cucumber, mango, tomato and avocado in mayonnaise. You can thank us later!

Drinks to Pair with Your Meal
No great meal is complete without a drink, and The Grill Lounge has you covered. Their cocktail menu is definitely a highlight, with tropical-inspired creations like their refreshing Mango Mojito or their fresh and slightly sweet Angkor Sunrise. Not into cocktails? No worries – their selection of wines and local beers is equally impressive. They also have a wide range of fresh fruit juices and shakes! They do, of course, also carry all the usual soft drinks and sodas.

The Link to Khmer Grill
If you’ve dined at Khmer Grill during your time in Siem Reap, you’ll notice some familiar touches at The Grill Lounge. Both restaurants share a passion for showcasing Cambodian flavors, but while Khmer Grill focuses more on traditional Cambodian and western dishes, The Grill Lounge takes a slightly more modern approach. Think of it as the adventurous younger sibling—willing to experiment but still deeply rooted in Khmer flavours.

Whether you’re a foodie on the hunt for your next culinary adventure or just someone looking for a cozy spot to relax after exploring the Angkor Wat temples, The Grill Lounge has something for everyone. Great food? Check. Warm atmosphere? Check. A commitment to making a difference? Double check.
